OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Whether you are filling a lower level position or seeking to find a high level executive we believe that you must apply the same high quality and rigorous standards to the assignment. · Firstly we visit your site to determine who are the key people that this role interacts with. Typcially this will be the manager of the position and can also include one other person that interacts closely with the role on a regular basis. This is an opportunity for us to determine the best people to be profiled using our unique “Insight” behavioural profiling system. These profiles enable us to determine the behaviours, attitudes and personality of the key stakeholders and determine the ideal candidate for the role from a cultural fit and personal compatibility perspective.
· Additionally as part of the "Insight" process we build a profile on the vacant position to determine the ideal attributes a person needs to possess to be highly successful in the role.
· A detailed profile is developed and the advertising campaign is launched with a specifically targeted advertisement designed to attract the type of skills and personality required.
· We do not operate from a database only. Whilst our database is comprehensive we choose to go to the market to ensure we attract the best candidates available that we can match to your business.
· All our prospective candidates in the first instance are telephone interviewed using our unique personality profile schedule to find the right type of candidate that we are seeking.
· Candidates that pass this telephone screen are then face to face interviewed using our Insight behavioural profiling interview schedule which is based on the behavioural science Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). This enables us to determine the behaviours, attitudes and personality of each candidate and match them to the profile created during the initial phase.
· After we have found your new team member we will continue to be involved to ensure that all is well. Profiling reports often highlight areas where some adjustments can be made to enable a person to become a more effective manager or leader. By highlighting these areas the individuals are made aware of areas where they can adjust their working style to better manage their team and to improve the team performance.
· We are very confident that you will be impressed with our service delivery and attention to detail. In fact we are so confident that should you not be happy with your new team member for any reason we will put it right. If a candidate leaves your company within six months of their start date then we will fill the position again at no further cost to you.
